1. General Guidelines

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("you", "user") of the 89bk platform and its associated websites, applications, and services ("Platform"). 89bk ("we", "us", "Operator") operates this Platform.

By accessing or using this Platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this Platform.

Important: Online gaming or betting carries financial risk. Play responsibly and only spend money you can afford to lose.

89bk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and use this Platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This Platform is only for users aged 21 and above.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • You must confirm that online gaming and betting is not legally prohibited for you in the region where you reside.
  • Only one account may be opened per person.

Age Verification: 89bk may request a government-issued ID or other documentation for age verification at any time. The account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and any other required information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all transactions carried out from your account.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the 89bk support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may only operate one account. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, 89bk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit their balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at 89bk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Please use the correct reference number when depositing funds into your account. 89bk is not responsible for delayed transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.

  • Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method used.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Please note: If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, 89bk reserves the right to place any withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Transaction Fees

89bk does not generally charge any internal transaction fees. However, payment service providers may apply their own fees, which are the responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you will need to wager a total of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Each bonus offer applies to each member once only.
  • The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the details of each offer.
  • 89bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If an attempt is made to use a bonus fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 89bk VIP Program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through consistent gaming activity.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

89bk is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is impartial and transparent.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game or market. These limits are stated in the details of each game within the Platform. 89bk reserves the right to adjust betting limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or disruption occurs during a gaming session for any reason, 89bk will make a decision after completing an investigation. 89bk is not obligated to make any payment based on a faulty result. A replay may be offered in the event of a technical error.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi is limited to the markets set by 89bk. Betting is available on major international events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will be voided.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 89bk:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Misusing bonus offers or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
  • Using automated bots, software, or scripts to operate games.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Exploiting or taking advantage of technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
  • Creating or operating an account using false information.
  • Operating an account using funds belonging to a third party.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

89bk is not liable for the following:

  • Any disruption to a gaming session caused by loss of internet connection.
  • Service disruptions or delays by third-party payment service providers.
  • Unauthorised access to a user's account by an unauthorised third party.
  • Any loss caused by the user's own device or network.
  • Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives, or widespread network disruptions.

89bk's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

89bk is fully committed to protecting your personal information. All personal information provided on the Platform is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

KYC Verification: Identity document information collected for account verification purposes is used solely to meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

10.2 Account Closure or Suspension at 89bk's Initiative

89bk reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Provision of false information.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Breach of the responsible gaming policy.

10.3 Voluntary Break

11. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We provide support in English via 24/7 live chat.

After receiving a complaint, we will conduct an investigation as quickly as possible and inform the user of the outcome. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

89bk reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified as far in advance as possible of any significant changes.

Continued use of this Platform after revised Terms are published will automatically be considered acceptance of the new Terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.

If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions, please request to close your account. The account closure procedure is described in Section 10.1.
